Private Yoga Sessions
I love teaching private sessions as I can tailor them to the individual or group and every experience is unique.
Sessions are usually 75 mins long but this can be adapted to suit your needs.

Private sessions are adapted to meet your personal goals. Whether you're looking to improve your flexibility or decrease pain in the body, or you're trying to cultivate more calm and general well-being, it may simply be that you and your family / friends are looking for a healthy, conscious experience that will leave you feeling refreshed, energised and lighter: I can adapt sessions to fit around you.
What to expect
I will communicate with you prior to the session to learn a bit more about you and what you're looking to get out of the session. I can provide yoga mats and props so don't worry about that.
I can come to your home or suggest a beautiful natural setting to practice in.
