Vinyasa flow is a creative and dynamic yoga practice. The strong poses and fluid transitions build heat - challenging the body whilst focusing the mind. 


It increases flexibility, strengthens and detoxifies - both physically and on a much deeper level. The aim of each session is to clear layers of tension and leave you feeling expansive, peaceful and clear-headed.

The clarity that a yoga practice brings can help in every area of your life, releasing stress and helping to reset body and mind. 


This class is for all abilities. I will give multiple variations and modifications so you can take poses as deep as you like and I'll guide you into finding your personal thresholds.


These classes are taught in a playful, light-hearted way; there's no judgement. This is your sacred space and time to heal and care for yourself.
